Had some issues with a transmission, the guys at shift got me in right away to diagnose it and went above and beyond! Really great guys couldn't ask for better customer service. Would totally recommend to anyone and would use again! Thanks guys!
Jeff was EXTREMELY personable, polite, thorough and informative about my car and what services I needed. He explained everything in detail and educated me about a lot about my car and it’s functions (as I am not very knowledgeable about cars). He got my car fixed, and it’s up and running wonderfully and my car drives beautifully again!! 100% recommend Jeff!!
Amazing shop with the best service! Unfortunately Christmas week we blew our transmission 7 hours from home in the middle of our road trip. After a look on Google we found Shift Transmission and gave Jeff a call he answered on a Sunday and told us he would be able to fix it that week. He communicated and sent pictures through out the process and had very fair prices. Our car now drives amazing and we have had no problems. 5 star service and people!
I brought Jeff my car to do a rebuild on the transmission. I have nothing but great things to say. I dropped my car off in the evening and the next morning the transmission was out and on the workbench. Great time management here. He also texted me updates along the way so there was no guessing on what was going on. On top of the incredible turnaround time, Jeff was really great in answering any questions about the transmission. He even ironed out a few concerns I had a few weeks after I got the car back. Great service, professionalism, and people here. Would recommend to anyone.
